训练方面名词

一个组叫set

一次试举叫rep 是repetition的简称

rm是repetition max的简称,顾名思义就是单次能做的最大次数,很多人都用的是错的,误以为rm是某一组多少次试举的意思。我经常在健身房听到有人说他今天做12rm做5个set。

volume是训练总量的意思,一般指总重量,比如廖辉某个课表的单次训练总重量是10吨,但在一般健身房也只一个课表有多少reps,因为对于一般健身者来说,算重量比较麻烦,就用总次数来简单代表总量。

schedule就是课表的意思,一般成熟的训练者都有自己的课表,很少有人来了看心情练的。

下面就我比较熟悉的几个领域讲讲

力量举(power lifting)台湾叫健力

力量举的三项分别是

卧推,深蹲,硬拉(台湾叫硬举)

bench,squat,deadlift

squat

在力量举里有两种方法,一种叫高杠,就是high bar,指的是杠子在背上的位置比较高,在斜方肌上

另一种叫低杆,叫low bar,就是杠子在背上的位置很低,背在三角肌后束(rare deltoid)上

深蹲用的膝盖的绑带叫做wraps,为了区别于手腕用的wraps,一般叫 knee wraps,这里注意shelve和wrap的区别,wrap是要自己缠的,shelve是套的。

deadlift

在力量举里deadlift分两种,一种是传统的窄硬拉(conventional deadlift),相扑硬拉(sumo deadlift)。

lock out是锁定的意思,力量举里面要求硬拉,一定要锁定以后才能放杠。lock out也在其他各种动作里表示锁定的意思,大致理解就是关节打直锁死的意思。

我刚16打篮球很菜,求帮助。应该怎么练?

你好

大家都知道,打篮球要出色,弹跳力是先决条件之一。弹跳力佳可增强你在抢篮板、跳射或上篮时的力量,全面提升你的球技。

那么在身材不够高大,或下身力量较弱,有什么方法可以提升弹跳力呢?Peter教给你几个简单的动作:

1.踏台连环跳跃(Box Jump)

锻炼部位:腿部肌肉力量及反应。

这个动作可以增强弹跳力及第二跳反射动作,提升抢篮板技术。

起点动作:双脚站在跳台,双手作向前摆的起跳状态。

完成动作:先跳落地面,然后第一时间跳上第二跳台,如此类推完成两至三个跳台动作,身体必须保持平衡。

注意事项:初学者跳台的高度由高至低,进阶者相反;跳台最高高度,初学者不过膝,进阶者为膝盖以上三寸。

2.杠铃踏板(Step Up With Barbell)

锻炼部位:大腿肌、腹直肌及腹内、外斜肌及肩膀。

坚持做这个动作呢,可以锻炼起跳时的爆发力,增加上篮及腾空的高度和力量。

起点动作:利用双手及膊头支撑杠铃,一脚踏在踏板上,另一只脚在地面平衡身躯。

完成动作:后脚先发力,将力量转移至前脚,提升身体至站立在踏板上,然后回复起点动作,再进行另一脚训练。

不过要记住头部不要仰后,上身要直,保持挺胸收复运动。

3.姿腿部弯曲(Prone Leg Curl)

锻炼部位:大腿后腿腱。

这个动作可以增强落地时承受的力量;提升起跳稳定性;增加下盘力量。

起点动作:躺器械上,双手握扶手,软垫放在双脚脚对上位置。

完成动作:双脚发力弯曲,然后回复起点动作。

(ps:但是要注意腰不要过度弯曲哦)

想要提高弹跳力不是简单的事情,相比于增肌还好难上一些,所以一定要坚持
