太平洋汽车网rover是罗孚汽车。罗孚汽车（香港译名：路华），意思为流浪者或领航员。其命运就像名字一样，从贵为英女王的专用御驾声望并驾与劳斯莱斯，到落魄的被多次转手易主，但丝毫无损他深厚的文化底蕴。

初期的罗孚汽车，是以维京人的头像作为标志，直到1930年其商标才改为一艘船。最初，罗孚汽车的引擎罩、散热器外壳及行李箱盖上都有维京人的头像和船的标记，到罗孚800型推出之后才统一采用船作为商标。

車記丨传奇汽车品牌Rover 颠沛一生的流浪者

放眼英国汽车工业，有一个名字影响深远，注定被载入史册，它就是大名鼎鼎的“罗孚汽车”。

罗孚汽车的英文原名为Rover，意为“流浪者”。它的LOGO取自维京战船与船帆的意象。或许正是源自名字的诅咒，Rover的维京战船终其一生都在沉浮流浪。

它创立于19世纪末期，见证了汽车行业从无到有，由弱至强的过程。在这一百多年的历程中，罗孚汽车经历过比肩劳斯莱斯的辉煌，也尝尽了颠沛流离的苦难，直至最后分崩离析。

而它，只是英国汽车衰落史的一个缩影。

从自行车到女王座驾

1877年，罗孚公司成立，致力于自行车的研发制造。那时候的自行车的外观千奇百怪，最主流的还是这种前轮大、后轮小的造型，在舒适性和安全性上都有所欠缺。

罗孚公司开创性地采用了前轮与后轮一样大小的外观设计，奠定了现代自行车的雏形，此后一百多年里，自行车都围绕着这个样式进行着优化。

时值第二次工业革命，全球生产力飞速发展，“汽车”的概念正在酝酿之中。谁也没有料到，这家自行车厂竟会成为日后大英帝国的汽车工业代表。

1886年，卡尔·本茨研发的“奔驰一号”成功申请专利。嗅觉敏锐的罗孚公司决定投身汽车工业。十八年后，也就是1904年，第一辆罗孚汽车——Rover 8?驶出生产线。

罗孚汽车瞬间从一个自行车厂跻身为英国首批汽车制造厂。到了1914年，萨拉热窝事件引爆一战导火索，罗孚汽车也迎来了第一波爆发期。

所谓乱世出英雄，罗孚汽车与英国政府签订了合作协议，向协约国士兵提供汽车和摩托车作为战备物资，这一笔飞来横财让罗孚赚的盆满钵满。

1934年，罗孚汽车的全新车型P1上市，这是一款四门四座轿车，以纯正的英伦风范而闻名。从此罗孚汽车的身价扶摇直上，P系列也被视为罗孚汽车的最经典的车系。

1958年发布的P5是该系列的巅峰之作，自带雍容华贵的贵族感。改款后的P5B甚至一度成为伊丽莎白女王与撒切尔夫人的座驾，一时风光无两。

但谁能想到，罗孚的汽车王座还没有捂热，就被命运驱赶着开始了流浪生涯。

百年罗孚?注定漂泊

二战之后，英国为增强汽车行业的国际竞争力，将罗孚、MG、捷豹等知名汽车品牌一同并入利兰汽车集团，企图复刻一个汽车界的“日不落帝国”。

但这样的做法适得其反，利兰汽车集团的绝大多数品牌，包括彼时罗孚旗下的MINI、Land Rover（路虎）等品牌都被逐渐瓦解，数易其主。

在经历了集团合并、收编国有、再度独立后，罗孚汽车已经从尊贵的女王座驾跌落成了平民品牌，泯然众人矣。

1994年，也就是第一台罗孚汽车——Rover 8诞生90年之际，罗孚汽车被卖给了宝马集团，开始了异乡的流浪之旅。

但罗孚与宝马的蜜月也不如意，六年中连续亏损，终于让宝马失去了耐心。终于在2000年，宝马集团将其分解为三部分：把罗孚送还英国政府，把路虎卖给了美国福特，只留下了MINI品牌。至今，MINI仍在宝马集团麾下。

回到英国的罗孚与另一个百年品牌MG合并为MG-Rover汽车公司。但此时大势已去，强强联手也未能挽救败局。2005年，MG-Rover汽车公司破产，罗孚品牌被转手给福特；生产线和MG品牌被南京汽车买下，成为国内汽车品牌收购国外汽车品牌的首例。

2007年，南京汽车集团被上汽集团全面收购，罗孚的生产线和MG的名牌分别演变为了上汽荣威和上汽名爵。这对难兄难弟几经辗转，最终还是在中国安了家。

再说福特，财大气粗的福特在2008年将捷豹和路虎转让给了印度塔塔集团，而红极一时的罗孚品牌几乎相当于打包附送，这引起了当时车圈的极大震动。至此，罗孚汽车终于分崩离析。

流浪是英国品牌的宿命吗

前文说过，罗孚品牌只是英国汽车衰落史的一个缩影，与罗孚同病相怜的不止是捷豹。

纵观英国的知名品牌，阿斯顿·马丁先后易主福特和Prodrive；宾利和劳斯莱斯分别被收入大众与宝马麾下；沃克斯豪尔现在则是法国PSA的子公司；路特斯和本土出租车业务则被中国吉利汽车集团收购...

诚然，品牌间的吞并是经济全球化带来的连锁反应。这些英国品牌是名副其实的汽车界的“雾都孤儿”，他们见证了大英帝国汽车工业的爆发与衰退，最终被卷进大西洋的洪流中，奔向世界各地，汇入历史的滚滚浪潮。
