（1）从根本的经济问题出发，如果你想申请奖学金那么你必须要申请工程类方向。理工科的奖学金还是比较丰厚的，然而这恐怕会跟你的兴趣相背驰，出去之后你可以辅修你喜欢的专业商科啊或者文科，这虽然是曲线救国，但你如果为了拿奖学金出去这是最佳途径了。我个人不是很推荐这个思路。仅供你参考。

（2）国家可以选美国或者加拿大。学校推荐你看看CMU、RPI、George Washington University 这三个学校。算是好学校了，但申请难度肯定也是很大的。

（3）对于本科学生申请讲学金的问题，我觉得你还是有点优势就是在于你对自己的英语比较有自信，OK，那么就去考个像样的IBT，特别是口语听力单项上个25分。这样对你申请TA就会比较有帮助了。但这个IBT只是一个部分，你的GPA也比较重要。特别是大三的成绩至关重要。因此，你需要全力以赴的去拿下大三,使你的GPA尽可能的高，下学期开学选择选修课的时候你可以再找我，我可以给你一些建议。这两个能够搞定的话那你的出国的希望还是很大的。
